Entities that can share data through APIs

Article 76 of the Fintech Law in Mexico, which establishes the obligation of Entities to offer APIs to share information between them.

The Provisions are applicable to:

-Financial entities

-FinTech institutions

-Money transmitters

-Credit reporting bureaus

-Clearing houses

-Authorized companies
